What form of payments do you accept?
We accept payments made through PayPal as well as credit card (Amex, Visa, Mastercard).
What is your returns policy?
Accidental orders are not covered by our returns policy. However, if you're not satisfied with the quality of the products received, get in touch within 30 days of receiving the item and we'll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution. For packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We'll be happy to send a replacement order.

Our products are available in 12 countries: Australia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Sweden, Poland, Portugal, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically delivered within 4-7 business days once confirmed.
Will I have to pay any tax on my order?
If the item is available for purchase in your country, you will not have to pay any duties on your order. This is because we produce all our products locally to the country where your order is to be delivered.
